The box body is made of aluminum alloy frame and PP honeycomb panel, and the raw materials can be recycled; the box body adopts lightweight and low wind resistance design, which is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.

The operation process is: packing of goods - sealing the door and locking the box - loading with forklift operation - locking and fixing - long-distance transportation - unloading with forklift operation. Forklift loading and unloading can be used to improve vehicle loading and unloading efficiency and reduce waiting time.

堆疊顛簸測(cè)試兩箱滿載堆疊，采用不規(guī)則折線模擬地形，用真實(shí)路途遇到的顛簸情況來(lái)模擬，通過(guò)地形情況測(cè)試圍板的抗震性以及牢固穩(wěn)定性，該測(cè)試過(guò)程每個(gè)階段都會(huì)引起不同程度的振動(dòng)，以模擬真實(shí)路途中遇到的各種情況。
堆疊爬坡測(cè)試兩箱滿載堆疊，測(cè)量箱體在爬坡時(shí)整體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性，是否會(huì)出現(xiàn)坍塌等。
冷凍測(cè)試測(cè)試箱體在低溫環(huán)境下，整體的結(jié)構(gòu)，材質(zhì)抗沖擊性。
抗壓測(cè)試壓力機(jī)上壓板對(duì)產(chǎn)品持續(xù)施加壓力，下降幅度在大壓力處下降10%時(shí)停止施壓。
跌落測(cè)試產(chǎn)品分別在常溫、低溫下，被測(cè)體離地面高度1.2m連續(xù)跌落三次。
沖擊測(cè)試沖擊測(cè)試分為斜面沖擊和水平?jīng)_擊。產(chǎn)品各面以1.1m/s的末速度分別進(jìn)行撞擊，測(cè)試產(chǎn)品的抗沖擊性。
